Welcome, blessings to you and thanks for looking us up!
We're always happy to help you any way we feel we can.
This page is our interim solution to what you might call a "spam jam"
problem we have been experiencing.
Some of you good folks have tried contacting us via the
personal email address you found at Luke's Place only to
find that your email gets bounced.
This unfortunately is due to that email box being full to overflowing
with spam, spam and more spam.
Adding insult to injury, our so called "free for life" email service
provider (rocketship.com) decided they were no longer
going to provide free pop mail service as originally promised.
We simply cannot manage to get on via the Web based interface and ferret out
the good from the bad in that email box any longer.
As you may well imagine, we found out the hard way that sticking your email address
out on your web page just doesn't work very well.
Fortunately for everyone, you have always been able to
find our email address if you simply surf on over to our order page
(Order page)
and click on one of the PayPal order links provided.
Don't worry, if you're not planning on placing an order at this point,
you can simply close the resulting window without ordering.
(But you will find our email address prominently displayed.)
** Addendum: This does not work so well lately because PayPal stopped displaying
our email on their order page.
You can still see our payment email address on the link you click though.
We do not and will not display our "good" email address elsewhere
at present, simply because we do not want the same problem
cropping up again with our remaining email address space.
However, we are on track toward providing a programming based
solution that will allow you to click directly to our email address
once we get it implemented.
Unfortunately, the programming based solution is proving
a bit more time consuming
and tricky for us to get set up than just putting up an email link.
So, it may be a while yet before we can get it functional.
Meanwhile, I am putting up this page for your reference,
so you can more readily find us should the need arise for you.
Another addendum for a simple solution: Please simply write to admin at our domain name
(e.g. a....@z.........s.c.m) hope you get my drift...
Important Notice
Let me take this moment to put your mind at ease and
let you know unequivocally, "scout's honor",
beyond a shadow of any doubt that if you have ordered a Zapper built by us,
yes we are working diligently and as quickly as we can
to get your Zapper built
and shipped to you. We really do want you to get your Zapper
and we have delivered every Zapper (thousands!) ordered over
these past few years
(excepting any "in process", of course :-).
If you simply feel we may be taking "too long" or you would like
to give us your advice on
how you think we could make Zappers more efficiently
or perhaps you think we should raise (or lower) our prices, etc. (you get the idea :-),
we appreciate the thought (really!-),
but please think again and let us spend our valuable and limited time
available working on building Zappers for you, won't you?
(rather than spending hours and hours writing emails explaining
what we are presently working on, eh ;-)?
Thanks for your kind consideration toward the rest of
the community in this regard!
Your much appreciated patience helps everyone get their Zappers
that much more quickly.
Really it does!
On the other hand, if your Zapper really seems inordinately long in coming
(more than "a few weeks" as we clearly say -- longer than two or three of months, that is),
especially if it's been like four plus months or more,
we would appreciate a quick heads up from you,
just in case your order may have gotten "lost in the
shuffle" so to speak. (This would be a very rare circumstance, indeed,
but it has happened a time or two before and it could possibly happen again, right?)
Do please keep in mind the extreme rarity of this sort of occurrence
and in all likelihood your order is simply nearing completion
and will be on it's way soon, or perhaps (somewhat more likely,
though barely yet a less than 1% chance) may be
slightly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
We will however, get you your Zapper, no doubt about it.
You can count on us 100%.
Only if your address was undeliverable,
and you did not provide us an updated valid one, would we be unable
to get your package to you. (If you think this may be you, please simply
write us with your valid address.)
We're in this for your sake and we won't let you down.
(Why else on Earth would we build you Zappers for only $10 each and
throw in the parts for free?
And how could we possibly have lasted for years on The Net and PayPal if we were going to
scam you??)

Okay. I'd like use this opportune moment to mention a few "things to come" that
we now have "in the works" for you.
Very soon now we will be announcing our "Free Silver Special" that we
feel you are going to get very excited about.
In fact, all colloidal silver generator orders that have not yet shipped (as of right now),
will automatically get in on the free silver!
(That's right, if your order has been delayed for any reason,

Also in the works are a variety of Zapper improvements,

These are planned as simple "add ons" to your current Zapper
module so you won't need to
scrap your old Zapper for the latest model. In fact, this should work
for you even if you built your Zapper yourself from our free plans.
(And it will cost exactly the same either way,
so no need to wait for the "deluxe"
version before you get going. :-)
You may also wish to keep an eye out for our super Zapper/Site hosting deal
that will simply blow your socks off when we get it finalized.
Enough said about that for now, but do keep a lookout!
We also continue developing and testing various other
complementary items to benefit your
health, from water to magnet technologies to supplements and more,
as we continue to grow and reach out to a greater and greater
community throughout the world.
Those on our email list will get the details first about these
new and exciting developments.
Once again, please DO NOT inquire about these things.
We just don't have the extra manpower to answer
and will simply be forced to politely
"ignore" all such inquiries.

I want to remind everyone that we build you the best quality Zapper available
anywhere at a price anyone may well afford. We may not be quite as quick at getting
your Zapper to you as some of the more expensive Zapper suppliers out there
(though we know of some that regularly (uh-huh)
take over six or eight months getting you your Zapper), but we do build you
an easier to use, more battery efficient (lower operating cost),
highly reliable Zapper circuit, using state of the art, long lasting and
durable technology.
We make the most affordable and usable Zapper on the face of
the planet and we feel it is well worth your wait!
